Legal debt escalation and collection

Sometimes legal action cannot be avoided, and when legal debt recovery is decided upon you need to be sure you choose a partner who can manage the whole process from start to finish. We have a range of products and solutions to suit all debt recovery situations.


We do not look for up front fees and wherever possible will act on a no win/no commission basis. Additionally, for qualifying UK company debt we can also offer an insurance policy to cover your costs, further reducing the financial risk of non-recovery.


For businesses trading overseas and needing international debt collection, we have an international network of debt recovery lawyers where we have negotiated no win/no commission contracts for the majority of cases.
